The safest room
looks like any
other room

We plan corporate programs in Las Vegas and run them on the ground — and the people keeping your principals safe are on the planning staff, not standing at the door.

I

What we are

A destination management company is the operator a planner hires in the city itself. We hold the venues, the transport, the staff and the schedule, so one contract covers the whole program.

Most Las Vegas DMCs sell spectacle. We sell the opposite: a program that runs so precisely that nobody in the room ever thinks about how it is running. That preference is not aesthetic. It is what corporate, financial and family-office clients actually ask for when the guest list matters.

Plan

Program design

Agenda, venues, movement, contingency. Built backwards from what the week has to achieve.

Run

Ground operations

Transport, staffing, load-in, run of show. Executed by people who work this city every week.

Protect

Embedded protection

Protective staff who read as planning staff, because that is also what they are doing.

II

The difference in one idea

Visible security changes a room. It tells every guest that somebody expected trouble, and it tells anyone watching exactly who matters.

Our protective personnel are embedded in the program staff. They carry a clipboard because they are genuinely running a piece of the schedule. They stand where they need to stand because that is where the job puts them. A guest sees a well-run event. That is the entire point.

We do not publish the size of a protective detail, how it is deployed, or the names of the personnel involved. Those details are discussed with the client and nowhere else.
III

Where we work

Resort corridor
The Strip properties, their ballrooms, theatres and private rooms, and the movement between them.
Convention halls
Large-format exhibition space, load-in windows, and the staffing that a hall of that size actually needs.
Off-Strip and private
Private estates, aviation terminals, restaurants taken in full, and venues that are not on any list.
Beyond the city
Desert, canyon and lake programs, where the logistics are the hard part and the scenery is not.

Dates, headcount, and what cannot go wrong. That is enough for a first conversation.
