The company

Las Vegas DMC is a destination management company based in Nevada, operating across the resort corridor, the convention district and private venues in and beyond the city.

It sits inside a group of companies that build, protect and place vehicles — which is where the protective side of the business came from, and why it is native rather than bolted on.

How we work

Written first
If it is not in the run of show it does not happen. Every member of staff works from the same document.
Rehearsed
Movements and contingencies are walked before the group arrives, not discussed on the day.
Quiet by default
The measure of the work is that guests remember the week and not the operation.
Leadership, staff counts and credentials are provided to clients directly. They are not published, for the same reason client names are not.
